Come stay at our mountain home located high in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Phillips, CA.  The home is located along the headwaters of the American River, at the entrance to the Sierra-at-Tahoe Snowsport Resort and in the heart of Desolation Valley hiking trails.

Our Home is available for vacation rental year-round.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall – there are plenty of opportunities for recreation, relaxation and rejuvenation!

Our home has a breathtaking view of the mountains from the great room and the expansive decks. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washer and dryer, all linens included, central heat, gas fireplace, satellite TV, internet, DVD player and gas barbeque.

Comfortably accommodates eight.

You will have all the comforts of home surrounded by mountain views, river sounds, red firs and tamarack pines.

We are located off Highway 50 in Phillips, CA, at the entrance to Sierra at Tahoe, 12 miles west of South Lake Tahoe and 85 miles east of Sacramento.

There are endless possibilities for fun in the snow or sun, depending on when you decide to visit.

You will be away from the crowds in our vacation rental home, yet close enough to Lake Tahoe to enjoy its activities and excitement.

Rates & Contact

The rates for our vacation rental are:

WINTER Dec 16-Apr 15

$2100* per week or $350* per night (3 night minimum)

SPRING & FALL Apr 16-June 15 & Sept 16 – Dec 15

$1500* per week or $250* per night (3 night minimum)

SUMMER June 16 – Sept 15

$1,650* per week or $275* per night (3 night minimum)

SELECTED HOLIDAYS

$3500* per week

*Cleaning included in rates. There’s also a refundable $300 security deposit + 10% County Tax.
